Free Shipping Promotion
Free shipping is available within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) for all orders over $125. Free shipping includes USPS Standard Ground Advantage deliveries only. Priority Mail, Fed Ex & UPS are not included. Please note that shipping Ground Advantage to Hawaii and Alaska could take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. We recommend USPS Priority Mail.
Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS generally within 2 business days. The approximate delivery times for domestic shipments are 3 - 7 business days. The actual time for delivery depends on the origin and destination address. The estimated delivery date at checkout is not guaranteed. All estimated shipment delivery times displayed throughout the website are calculated from the time when the orders are ‘Processed’, not from when the orders are ‘Placed’.

Order Tracking
On placing an order, you will receive an email with your order details. Please ensure that our email seachi@seachi.com is added to your address book so as to ensure that you receive our emails. You would be able to track the order using a tracking code provided on our website. You can use the Tracking Code and go to the shipping providers website or call them to get up-to-date delivery status.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
We understand how disappointing it can be when a package appears to be missing or stolen after shipment.
Please note that occasionally a shipping carrier may mark a package as “Delivered” before it has actually arrived. In some cases, packages may arrive a day or two later, be left in an unexpected location, or be accidentally delivered to a nearby mailbox or neighbor. For this reason, we kindly ask that you allow 2–3 business days after a package is marked delivered before reporting it as lost or stolen.
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but it has not been received, we kindly ask that you first check with household members, neighbors, mail areas, hidden delivery locations, and your local postal carrier.
Because we deeply value our customers, Sea Chi Organics will gladly replace one order as a one-time courtesy in the event of a reported package theft after delivery.
To help ensure safe arrival of a replacement package, we require one or more of the following for re-shipment:
• Shipping to a more secure address (workplace, family member, PO Box, etc.)
• USPS Hold for Pickup at your local post office
• Signature Confirmation and/or Shipping Insurance (customer covers replacement shipping costs)
Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Sea Chi Organics cannot guarantee delivery outcomes. Our intention is always to work with you compassionately and help find the best solution whenever possible.
